K. Mitchell (1941) and is named Folic acid. Meanwhile, folic acid is rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat. If folic acid in food is cooked for a long time, it can lose 50% to 90%. Folic acid is mainly absorbed in the duodenum and proximal jejunum. The human body folic acid storage capacity of 5 ~ 20mg. Folic acid is mainly excreted via urine and feces, and the daily output is 2-5 ug.

5. Folic acid plays an important role in cell division and growth and synthesis of nucleic acids, amino acids and proteins. The lack of folic acid in the human body can lead to abnormal red blood cells, increased immature cells, anemia, and decreased white blood cells.
